Age requirement

Swellness is for adults only. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this service. By accessing Swellness, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Not a medical product

Swellness is a wellness app, not a medical device, therapeutic tool, or substitute for professional medical, psychological, or sexual health advice. Nothing in the app or accompanying materials constitutes medical advice. If you have a health condition, consult a qualified professional before beginning any new wellness practice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Swellness if you are under 18 years of age
• Share your recovery phrase or account access with others
• Post harmful, abusive, or illegal content in the Community feed
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API

Premium (lifetime)

• Premium is a one-time purchase for lifetime access, paid once via Stripe. There is no recurring subscription and nothing to cancel.
• EU/EEA consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. By buying and unlocking Premium immediately you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose this right once access is granted. Where it still applies, contact feedback@mindful-pleasure.life within 14 days of purchase.
• Beyond the statutory right above, refunds are handled case-by-case as a goodwill matter.
• The price of Premium may change for future purchasers; your one-time purchase is not affected.

Community content & moderation

The community feed is anonymous and opt-in. You retain responsibility for content you post, and you grant us permission to display and moderate it.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Content that is harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, illegal, or that targets or endangers others is prohibited and will be removed.

Every user can:

• Report any post for review.
• Block a poster, which hides all of their content from you.
• Delete their own posts at any time.

We review reported content and act on it — removing content and ejecting repeat offenders — within 24 hours. An automated filter also screens posts for banned terms and links before they appear.

Limitation of liability

Swellness is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence in the EU/EEA remain unaffected. [Confirm venue with an advisor before launch.]

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email if provided.
